How to onboard an operator in Aadhaar software ECMP

  Steps of onboarding an operator in Aadhaar Software ECMP Type ECA in the search box Select Operator ID & name and enter UID in Aadhaar Administrator login window Select Local enrolment  In the search box filter by enter operator UID and then click reload/refresh You will see operator status as not enrolled. click on start enrollment capture Iris capture biometrics and finally enrol user Try 3 to 4 times and you will get the message local verification data is successfully saved. Aadhaar software onboarding  issues. Solution Whenever an operator tries to be onboard after removing the previous onboarding we get the message authentication failed for the user. Please try again. You tried 3 to 4 times and again getting the same problem. .the solution for this is you update your biometrics and once it is updated on the server. you can do the onboarding once again in ECA  .try 3 to 4 times and it will be successful.   Unable to fetch registration info from ouc service or ouc service communication error while fetching station details. Eca & Ecmp were having login issues and throwing the above mentioned errors.This happens because Aadhaar OTA client fails to update due to some reasons and gives ouc related error message when we try to open the enrolment client application/Eca.     Steps to fix the issue. 1.Open the services tab and stop Aadhaar OTA update client service. 2.Rename ouc & ouc-updated into ouc_old and ouc-updated_old respectively.(ouc and ouc-updated           Present in bin folder of Aadhaar Enrolment Client) 3.Copy ouc-updated.exe file from bin folder of Aadhaar*.zip.>bin> and paste it in the bin of Aadhaar       Enrolment client and rename it as ouc. 4. Aadhaar client any version sometimes the tab to  work offline mode and new resident enrollment does not work.you will see only online mode active.This occurs due to change in the onboarding status of the operator.go to Eca and chk the onboarding.it will be partially enrolled or removed.solution is to onboard the operator again and you will be able to login without any issues. remotely accessed and resolved the problem.Gps taken and synced the system.
