 Aadhar software-offline mode and new resident enrollment tab not active.only online mode is active.

Aadhaar client any version sometimes the tab to  work offline mode and new resident enrollment does not work.you will see only online mode active.This occurs due to change in the onboarding status of the operator.go to Eca and chk the onboarding.it will be partially enrolled or removed.solution is to onboard the operator again and you will be able to login without any issues.
