UCL failed to synchronize operator with server.solution steps
Stop qssitv,multiplatform,ota from servives tab.
Paste the proxy properties in the conf folder in aadhaar enrolment client.
restart all the stopped services.
Remember the proxy properties size should be of 238 bytes then only it will sync.
