Csc Ucl new updated opened on any.v3.3.4.2/171-1 as it was hidden/auto hide/not opening.
An active operator stated not able to open the auto updated latest version of UCL used in CSC for demographic update purpose.
He has tried many times and every time the client software was stuck or auto hide.you can also say that it was getting hanged and it was not opening or not working.in other words we can say it was getting automatically closed.as I have earlier mentioned in my previous posts that this is the most common problem the operators today face and it should be immediately checked else you may end up doing something which you do not wish to.
This error was corrected and the software was synced successfully .we checked the online update and online upload document functionality to be working properly.Hence the error was removed.
