Aadhaar Iris not working Aadhaar Iris CMI Tech not available to capture the sample solved on remote desktop

 

An operator stated he is getting iris error device registered to capture iris sample is not available. 

Aadhaar software version 3.3.4.2/182-3 was not detecting the CMI tech company iris even though it was connected. Aadhaar iris problem is very commonly coming these days.one such operator called us .please see the error shot.Red highlighted at iris icon both at the top and bottom left
