Offline mode and Enrol a resident tab showing inactive in Aadhaar software-Solution video

 One operator said he is not able to use offline mode and enrol new resident in his aadhaar software.Even offline document upload was not active.These important features are used only in Ecmp that is where they make new ones and do bometrics update alongwith demographic update.
