Ecmp & Eca is not a valid application.solved Aadhaar software problem on anydesk.

 An operator from Haryana called stating unable to open ecmp application or eca.whenever he clicks on ecmp icon error message appears "ecmp.cmd not a valid Win32 application.same message appears when we try to open eca.The user was using recalled version of Aadhaar enrolment client v3.3.4.2/129-3.


System taken on remote access and solved the issues.He is able to open and login the software.
updated the version to the latest one which is v3.3.4.2/153-1


User confirmed capturing Gps coordinates and syncing the software.


He is able to work now.both new resident enrolment and offline mode are working.

One user said he was  unable to register the ECMP client as it was giving client decommissioned error and Eca giving copy of aadhaar enrolment client is not registered.please register the appication.
