Communication error while fetching station details in Aadhaar client.solution video

Ecmp version 3.3.4.2/129-6  while starting the application reads out aadhaar enrol service client communication error while fetching station details

Solution is

1) Stop all the essential aadhaar services(qssitv,OTA and multiplatform) from services section.

2) Rename ouc-old  as ouc in the bin folder.

3) Restart the services which were previously stopped.



Same steps can be followed to resolve the below mentioned error as well

Windows could not start the Aadhaar OTA  Update Client service on the local computer.

Error 1392:The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
