AADHAAR NOT OPENING. ECA/ECMP AUTO HIDE. AADHAAR SOFTWARE NOT OPENING AFTER CLICKING ON ITS ICON.

This is one of the most common problems operators face when they try to open the Aadhaar enrollment client software. You click on its icon present at the desktop software shows it is opening with customary displays like setting up look and feel, establishing link with qssitv, showing transliteration process and then suddenly it disappears and goes on auto hide mode. Sometime ECA & ECMP refused to budge

Ecmp and ucl new version software faces automatic hide issues due to improper updation of the Aadhaar client to the latest available version or there are various reasons for it – any of the Aadhaar essential services like qssitv, OTA and multiplatform are stopped, broken or not running and when you try to restart these services from the services section we see error like “Windows could not start the QSSITV service service on the local computer.”

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely manner.

Windows could not start the Aadhaar OTA Update Client service on local computer.

Error 1392:The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

STEPS TO FIX THE ISSUE

  1. These two Aadhaar services error were solved by taking the files from another running version and pasting them in their desired locations.
  2. Then we encounter a new error message while opening Aadhaar enrolment client. Application version is not available or is invalid. Please reinstall the application.
  3. Aadhaar software opened and operator able to login now both in Eca/Ecmp without any issues. Able to sync and work. All functions of the client working perfectly.
