Aadhaar Iris not working Aadhaar Iris CMI Tech not available to capture the sample solved on remote desktop
An operator stated he is getting iris error device registered to capture iris sample is not available. Aadhaar software version 3.3.4.2/182-3 was not detecting the CMI tech company iris even though it was connected.
