CSC UCL software not opening solved on anydesk.Aadhaar enrolment client v3.3.4.2/161-1

 A CSC VLE was facing suto hide aadhaar software issues since last 12 days.whenever he clicks on the aadhaar software icon present on the desktop the software opens and gets hide after time time.




System was throroughly checked and found that the Qssitv services were not functioning properly and that is why user was not able to login ecmp or ecs.system corected and user was made to login.he faced otp verifying error due to some server issues.



later on user ocnfirmed syncing the software and it is working fine now.

One user said he was  unable to register the ECMP client as it was giving client decommissioned error and Eca giving copy of aadhaar enrolment client is not registered.please register the appication.
