Aadhaar client not opening due to multiple issues.solved on ultra viewer.v150-1

 Aadhaar operator from Rajasthan called stating facing login issues in ecmp application as well as in Eca.system taken on ultra viewer and found three errors.


First error says launcher has stopped working giving two options-windows can check online for a option or close the program.

Second error is the most common one stating windows could not start Aadhaar QSSITV service on the local computer

Error 1053-The service did not respond to start or control  in a timely fashion.


Third and the last one was unuploaded packet reached maximum allowed 2 days .please connect to internet to upload and sync
