Registration completed but 2 step registration not yet completed in Aadhaar Enrolment client.

 While onboarding an operator in Aadhaar enrolment client/ECA we have seen the error Authenticated failed for userXXXX.please try again. This is the most commonly seen error in cases where machines are deregistered from UIDAI server and hence this error comes. This error may also come after first step registration where you get the below message  Registration completed successfully But 2 step registration not yet completed. This is first step registration which is to be done in the capacity of registrar level by verifying OTP authentication. 2nd step  registration is completed by UIDAI through registrar.you will keep getting authentication failure error message if your machine is not registered in UIDAI server. To resolve this operator has to contat UIDAI through Enrolment agency or registrar with a format needed for L2 completion which you can get from your nodal officer.
